22 min on wait, looks like the managers always keep the team on meetings, no people when I arrived, tough that’s why they where taking long, the wings delicious
Went in last night 3/10/24 at about 7:30 P.M and had a pretty big order, restaurant was full and had two groups in front of me in line. In the four minutes it took me to order (which isn’t a lot considering the groups in front of me were ordering a lot as well) I saw the employees getting those orders out and cuetomers out the door. For being a new restaurant, the fairly younger staff, and volume of business, the experience could’ve fooled me. These cats were professional, friendly and prompt on the dot with the order timing. Food was delicious too with chicken cooked perfectly (I ordered well-done) sauce evenly spread, fries seasoned evenly and cooked to the style that I’ve come to love from wing stop, I don’t usually eat the veggies but my grandparents eat the celery and dogs eat the carrots and they didn’t complain. Huge shout out to this crew and location. I don’t have to go up to 80th and Sheridan anymore and even in moments of desperation don’t have to rely on Buffalo Wild Wings Go. Thank you for that.
It was cool. What you expect from any wingstop
Manager was much to concerned with having a team meeting in the middle of our order to actual let her workers work seems like a control freak and bad at her job waited 20 plus mins Inside and someone who cam after us got our food first
Incredibly disappointing experience. Spent $20 for an order of boneless wings and fries. Doesn’t even come with a drink. I was the only one there and it still took over 20 minutes to get my order. Not worth your money or time.
They always absolutely hook us up with ranch
The tall cashier with glasses was extremely helpful and walked me through the menu he read me back my order and double checked if everything was good and all in the bag. I will return to this location more often.
I eat at this location regularly, at least once a week. One thing this location needs to address is the lack of sauce used. I bought 20 bone-in and 20 boneless last Friday (12/29) and nearly 50% of all of them were DRY with no sauce. I know this is a common review I've seen here. Whoever is doing this must not eat wings because it's all about the sauce and you have to know people want sauce on all the wings and a puddle to dip wings in even more sauce. This has become so important for me to fix that I'll send an email to the franchisee to share my thoughts. I'll snap a photo next time. #THEWINGSWANTSAUCE
