I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered thru Doordash. Did not receive the drinks that I paid for. Did not receive the fries that I paid for. Did not receive the celery that I paid for. Did receive a huge order of carrots that I did not order or want.

Great customer service extremely hardworking young men

I hate writing bad reviews but have to when it goes really south like this place did. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door, and I look around and I see about 8 other people waiting. My order is already overdue according to the app and they finally find it, and tell me finally they haven't even started it (30 minutes after the order placed). The one employee who engaged with me, sa).id he's been trying to get his district manager to lengthen the wait times because they can't keep up. Maybe it's cause they all work at a sloth's pace (um, we can see you back there). After a couple people make a scene in digust, three of the staff member comes out and starts arguing with everybody like it's some sort of talk show. A highly unprofessional moment. Heck, they don't even cover the wings properly any more. Probably have to go to the other one in Clarksville moving forward and hope the staff isn't cross employed.

My recent experience at Wingstop was extremely disappointing. The food quality was abysmal, leaving a lot to be desired. The lack of professionalism among the staff was appalling. I observed one employee with sagging pants, displaying a complete disregard for basic decency. Another employee was seen licking her fingers while preparing food and then touching her hair without any regard for hygiene. Furthermore, a third employee with blue hair was visibly unsanitary, touching various surfaces without a care in the world. Overall, the unsanitary practices and lack of professionalism at this Wingstop location are unacceptable. I would not recommend dining here to anyone. 1/5

Bunch of idiots running the restaurant. They mess up your order every time. They really need to change the management because there’s tons of negative reviews piled up, but no signs of improvement. It’s horrible and most of you will relate to having an unpleasant experience at this location. They will never receive your call, you’ll always find the employees laughing and playing while you wait for orders. The restaurant is dirty, sticky floors and trash everywhere. I am definitely taking this matter further as I’ve had enough. I didn’t pay online delivery fees and tip the driver to receive an incorrect order. I had to drive all the way up to the restaurant to return it and I am still waiting for my refund. It’s been more than two weeks. Have some shame!

Horrible and nasty place to eat at

Last 4 times I've tried to pick up an order I've been unable to waiting 30 plus minutes. Ive been Unable to even be helped the service is so bad. Only ever see 2-3 workers and it's always absolutely packed with lots of other people also unable to be helped. Don't recommend coming here.
