McDonald's

Downtown Nashville, food is good, but tired of same old things. Service throughout the Middle TN McDonalds or WcDonalds as they are calling themselves now has dropped seriously over the years. Everyone wants high pay for an entry level job. Unless you are in a management position. I can't see them getting paid as much or more than EMT's, Paramedics and others that are truly under paid. Fast food is meant for teens working through high school, college until they get trained in a lifetime career field. It isn't anyone else's fault they don't have the drive or motivation to do something else. Also, fast food is a good means for individuals that have retired and need to supplement their retirement. Just my opinion.

It's a good place to get some food If you use the app you can save money too

Had to ask for drinks with kids happy meals had to ask for tea none in lobby had to ask for everything 3 trips to counter then have to wait cause no one wants to wait on you by time you get what you didnt get your food gets cold , and I won't be back took grandkids there couldnt play in pkay area the only reason I went there wasnt for the food

My kids and I went here to play on the playground and they said they were doing construction and they lied about it we also went there for ice-cream and it was broken to they really need to get their act together.

So I don't know what's up with McDonald's anymore. Going inside, it takes forever to get someone to take your order. They never seem happy that you're inside ordering. If McDonald's doesn't want you to order inside, post a sign and say app orders only for the dining room. It's not just this location either. Ugh. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's, so everyone knows what you're getting. Almost no meat anymore and sloppily put together. One of these days, I'll finally beat the habit and quit going. On the positive side, it was clean inside the dining room and plenty of parking:).

Went in with a coupon deal for $6 big mac med frie and med drink. Asked for no lettuce or middle bun and extra mac sauce. My total came to over $7. When I questioned at the window I was advised they charge 50cents extra for the extra mac sauce. I can see paying that for a side of the sauce but not adding it to the sandwich. Also it had lettuce, and instead of a normal middle bun which I didn't want I got a second bottom bun and 4 patties.
