they forgot to give me my big ranch and large drink also forgot to give us forks nd napkins

The food is always good and never disappoints. Unfortunately the company understaffs and the employees are always in a bad mood and stressed out.

Food is amazing as always, food usually takes a while because it's a Hotspot full of delivery orders and pick ups. So eating in is no good if it's at a busy hour. Once stood at the counter for 15 minutes, no one said greeted me or said, "be there in a minute!" Went to the taco shop near by Instead

I tried to call in an order to go and they will not start the order until you get there. What is the purpose to call in. I will not be getting g wings from here anymore

Horrible store, they don’t answer the phone they took long time to get your order and if you ask them for extra, they forget they don’t do those things

Don't order when it's about 10/11 pm. They rushed my $70 order. Not fully cooked and over seasoned, by the time I got home they were closed.

At this moment I been waiting for my food for more than 1hour, I understand its the superbowl but I put this order since yesterday 2/10/24 for it to be done today the 11th at 3:00 pm and it is 4:06 pm and I have not received my order and the workers I see are in the back on their phones joking around instead of working. It’s not fair, food is good but service is bad will not recommend for people to come only if they want to wait over an hour for there food.

Awful service, awful wait time. Took almost 2 hours to get food.
