Erlene's Family Style Cuisine

She’s not only the most gracious person, her food is great tasting & never have I been dissatisfied. She truly loves cooking and my family truly loves eating her dishes!!!!

It was so welcoming, the decor felt like I was back in Europe during Christmas season. The was very good. Definitely recomed. Vegetarian options: If you want vegan, let her know she make what you ask Dietary restrictions: If you have restrictions again she will make sure you get what you ask for. Parking: You can park on the street before the turn on her street it's only 2 Homes away. Kid-friendliness: It's on a patio... so if you say your having little ones she can accommodate.

Hidden gem! San Diego has recently legalized home based restaurants and Erlene’s is one of the leaders in this new concept! Chef Erlene has a fabulously beautiful patio area set for dining and entertaining small groups and is proficient in serving up any cuisine you can imagine. Her chicken piccata and rice pilaf (which is what we had for our anniversary dinner) are amazing. She makes home made desserts and baked goods to round out the meal with tea party service and/or coffee available as well. Where else can you get essentially a private dining experience where the whole restaurant is yours and your choice of cuisine for less than thousands of dollars? Amazing experience! Kid-friendliness: This is an awesome place to dine in peace if you have kids and they will love the views! She also does a kiddos cooking class from time to time! Reach out and book a tea party for little girls or ask about other themes she can support!

A terrific place to wine, dine and converse. I highly recommend.
