They need to hire a better, more friendlier staff. My teen daughter was in here on Sunday night (approximately 8pm). She expressed to me how unprofessional and rude the cashier was when placing her order. My daughter wanted some type of loaded-type fries with her combo. However, the cashier rudely said, “I’ve already rung up the order”! Seem simple to just adjust it or whatever. Bottom line, my daughter wasn’t able to get what she wanted because the cashier was obviously going through it in life. But when my teenager came back to the car and told me about this rude, unprofessional cashier, I decided to write this review. We have been here before, but this is the first time a staff member has been so unprofessional. Then again, we typically come during the day. *Management: Let’s do a better job at hiring folks with better attitudes, point blank.

So I ordered off DoorDash and I didn’t like their food at all I ordered the Cajun corn uhm the lemon pepper and mild wings and coca-cola, the lemon pepper wings was disgusting and the mild wings was disgusting also it tasted like it wasn’t fried at all.

This was first time went in this food place call WingShop what every!!!??sevice. Employees did knowledge I was a customer at not warm welcome . U need a way from Cascade Rd not good place eat or go . Have great day

The manager with no teeth in there talking to them crazy as hell. I felt so bad for the young man. She said super loud when she get off she getting drunk and she got a fifth of vodka. And finna smoke weed. Discugusting how she talking to them. Corporate needs to invest age her shouldn’t nobody be allowed to get talked to like that while they are at work. Disgusting

I can say with certainty this is the worst place I’ve ever ordered food from. The wings were cold, not warm they were cold to the touch, and so were the fries. I received no dipping sauce even though I paid for 2. The customer service was horrible as well rude staff and no order at all within the store. This place needs to be closed down I would not recommend anyone eat here. Terrible experience

Wing stop did the big one! Food fresh and good ah! My order was ready when i arrived; great kitchen staff! My order was cooked well done and crispy!

The young light skinned girl with locs in her head lied in my face about my order, can barely hear what she saying she talks so low and is very rude if I can give this place zero stars I would❗️Thank you so much Josh or Justin for helping me with no problems

I love Wing Stop, but at this particular location…there’s something abt the oil they used in the cooking that didn’t set too well on me. But, don’t give up on Wing Stop elsewhere

Takes too much time. There are no issues with the food. It just takes 45 min for anything..
