win son bakery there’s always a line at this place and it started early in the morning〰️ their dessert menus are creative and cannot be found elsewhere. various savory options are also great. i tried— pork fan tuan: great savory snack as it’s a small rice roll. egg and cheese on scallion pancake: very hearty and filling; a perfect blend of western and eastern ingredients. this bakery is also great to get work done if you can work in a loud environment (which i can w noise-cancelling headphones). there are free wifi, many seats (but also crowded), restroom and tons of food.

The scallion pancake breakfast sandwiches are exactly what you need them to be. 10/10

Extremely mediocre food. No idea why this place has 45 minute line. Extremely disappointed after wanting to go here for a while. Scallion pancake very little flavor and lacking texture. Complete miss. Pastry was fine a croissant bun with PB&j spread in the middle. Go to chinatown or really any place that has a scallion pancake it will meet or exceed what is being served here.

My favorite coffee shop I’ve ever been to! It’s very cute inside and outside. Usually always am able to get a place to sit even when it’s a little crowded. It’s the perfect amount of trendy without being annoying or pretentious and it still feels authentic. You guys did everything right. The Cesar salad is a bomb. The turnip cake also good. The rest of the stuff on the menu is maybe too heavy for my taste (I’m not one to eat fried chicken sandwiches…etc often). I avoid this place on the weekends bc the line is always super long. But weekdays it’s great. I miss living close by to this spot.

Would highly recommend coming here on a random weekday morning to skip the usual lines on the weekends. We got our food within 15 min of ordering. The scallion pancakes are a must. Crispy but soft and very savory. Although they may look small they are a single order is a decently size portion. The bakery items are unique. The date cake was sweet but not overly sweet. Will definitely visit again!

Soooo good! We got the sweet and Salty Glaze Chicken which was legit insane the BEC on a scallion pancake which was also amazing. The mochi donut was good but it’s not a must-try. The black sesame latte was also incredible. The wait wasn’t too bad either. Def have to come here at least once!!
