I feel this is what a coffee shop should be like. A workshop for coffee. Roasting on site, simple espresso machine, no seats. Just coffee. (There's also tea and growlers of cold brew. The espresso was well pulled but the bean was a bit bright and tart for my personal taste, though enjoyable nonetheless.
Best coffee roaster around. I recommend the Brazil and Ethiopia beans for medium and light roast. Also try their cold brew cuz its a banger.
Consistent excellent coffee. They will sell whole bean or grind to your needs. Some great spots in town such as Seed sell their beans. Local, organic, delicious, easily became my go to place for good coffee beans. The location is a little tricky, just head to the middle of the building via the side drive way. Get a cup while you wait, nice guys too.
These guys have the best smelling and tasting coffee! Small roasting company doing it right. Convenient little shop to get in and out, customer service was great, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be back.
Very nice owner. The place could be hard to find. After turning into the drive way/alley, drive past the front lot (with some of the store fronts or park and walk), into the second lot. Theres a coffee sign board near the far corner of the second lot.
