I really wanted to like this place because it looked cute from all the posted photos but ultimately it was a major letdown. The seating isn't comfortable and keeping the back garage door open makes the place chilly inside. But more importantly, the tea options are limited and not very good. Weak and not served hot but rather lukewarm. Friends ordered other tea and coffee drinks and felt the same. Service was standard, nothing to write home about.
I had a chocolate cherry mocha, and it was yummy!
I would leave 4.5 stars if I could. This is one of my most visited coffee shops in this area, the reason for this is mainly since they have the most consistently good drip within my frequently traveled circle. The minus .5 star would be due to the fact that coffee quality has gone down since the shop has changed locations. I understand they have had a massive influx of customers since that time so it makes sense to drop quality in order to fulfill their quantitative needs. My hopes is that Daydream would eventually reassume the quality it was once known for. Edit: The coffee is now better. They upped their game. Also, I saw a rat climb up a pipe and into the rafter.
Great international roasters on bar and great vibes. Can’t wait to come back
Really amazing spot. I kind of feel like I need to dress extra cool when I go.
Google sent me here as a coffee shop but it actually is a surf shop with coffee. Google also sent me to park on 16th where there is no parking park behind the shop off of babok. I ordered my regular cappuccino warm not hot and it was good but not spectacular. Vibe was good. Breakfast fair looked unique. The thing that bothered me was on a for here coffee they served it in a Togo cup. I would have preferred a real cup. But not every shop serves that way. Not sure I'd come again unless I'd just been in the water and wanted to continue the vibe
Excellent coffee and delicious food Kyle and Becca have tuned this surf shop into an adventure. Cool vintage clothing and a nice choice of new and used sticks A must stop in !!!!!!
First coffee shop we stopped in on our tour of California and we loved every bit of it. From delicious coffee, sandwiches and avocado toast to immaculate vibes, this place had it all. The staff were very friendly and the experience was awesome!
