I was charged for extra meat a didn’t ask for it. I’m seeing it on the receipt not happy about that, nor was the atmosphere friendly.

It was my first time here and the worker (female) who worked today, April 7th around 7pm was very rude. She spoke under her breath because she was upset I asked for sour cream at the register. Then proceeded to tell me with lack of eye contact that next time to know what I want in my burrito before I’m ready to pay at the register. If you hate your job that much just quit. You clearly shouldn’t be working in the service industry.

Just came from this Willy's. I arrived 10 plus minutes before they closed and this tall unprofessional dude who worked there was outside and told me "Hurry up hurry up, we close in 7 minutes, we technically closed now, hurry up." I let it go and and made my order right quick for two quesos with beef and guac. And somehow, by making it a large it cost $24, which is basically worth two full meals. When I asked about it, the cashier explained why but she whispered something to him when he came back which I suspect was about my compaint and he yelled out "I dont care!" I assume he's the manager, but I was really about to say something serious to him. If I want to deal with hoodrats, there's plenty on the street, I don't need it when I come into a business.
