The food was amazing I had the lobster roll ! Definitely will be back just not as often as I would like because expensive for a little amount of food.
Really enjoyed or food options. Well seasoned but not too salty like others in the area. The service was great. I will return.
The spot is an easy four star. It's kind of like fast food seafood place but being in Ft Lauderdale The food is exceptional. Not gourmet but very good for the value. I made a mistake of ordering an extra piece of catfish give me a total of four and a portions are very generous. Also had the fried pickles which were very good along with coleslaw. I really like their tiny sauce - similar to a Zaxby's sauce for the ranch was very good as well. Well certainly be back next time I'm in town!
Connecticut Roll was delicious... a lobster roll, but was actually a mix of lobster and crab, very expensive for the size. "Konk" was very chewy.. Chenier than usual for mist conch that I have had, so it makes me wonder if it really was conch, esp since it was spelled differently. It wasn't very flavorful, but their sauce to dip in was good. The meal was good, I was satisfied... but a sandwich, tiny coleslaw, drink - in a Styrofoam cup which is terrible in Fort Lauderdale near the water and I did not choose a plastic straw...!!! and then add on the konk... so not a huge meal or lunch for $37.50! Taste fine, but the cost isn't worth it to go back.
Amazing food, service, the staff was super friendly and made great recommendations. Bathroom was nice and clean as well. Parking: Nice clean
WOW the food and the service! Gregory made us feel so welcome and treated every single customer that came in with so much respect and kindness. Kiki was also great she worked really hard to make sure all the tables were spotless! They were both so tentative and checked in to make sure we were satisfied. Last but not least the food! Best lobster roll I’ve had in a long time, so much meat and flavor! The coleslaw was also super flavorful! My husband got the catfish, slaw and fries and it was also so good and crispy! My favorite part was that all the ingredients tasted fresh and no fishy smell at all! You can tell it was all made with LOVE! The entire team needs a raise ASAP they’re the reason I will keep coming back.
So glad we had the chance to try this spot! Everything was done well… I mean WELL! Catfish, Cod, shrimp, Connecticut lobster roll, crab fries- I mean, how can you go wrong?! Not low-calorie but certainly a tasty splurge ! A must-try for out of town foodies who love seafood… and certainly try the hush puppies!
This is the place for fried seafood! The fish n chips has perfectly crispy batter on the outside and tender flaky cod inside. The shrimp platter was great too, larger shrimp than expected with old bay seasoned batter. The hush puppies alone are worth the trip. They brought out syrup for them and now I want more for breakfast. The open kitchen puts the spotlight on the cooks, and everyone there was very friendly and welcoming.
