We sat outside to be by the water.. but it’s not all that. The inside wasn’t much nicer aesthetically, but maybe the service may have been?! Food came out cold drinks came out warm, there was hair on our food & our board we ordered was not even properly dressed with the toppings it’s SUPPOSED to include, highly disappointed to say the least. Was excited to come based off social media . But Wild Thyme did not have time for us today & did not live up to the hype.
horrible restaurant with horrible customer service and hospitality. kirk was taking my order but disrespectfully told me as a guest that i couldn't order. he told me he was so busy with only 4 people in line. so i ordered off uber eats 2 times and he declined my order twice. kirk is horrible at his job and horrible with customer service presentation. the HR team is even worse and doesnt even help you at all. horrible place, horrible team
horrible customer service, horrible team, horrible in general!! kirk is probably the worst server there who is disrespectful to so many people who dont stay at the hotel. kirk is a server whos super rude and genuinely makes this place look very bad. the host is super sweet and is so confused on why today everyone in there was so rude!!! i dont understand at all, never did but i hope kirk learns some manners maybe higher up can teach him
First time visiting this place on 3/10/24 and the experience was terrible. It was brunch time and our server was literally drowning with all the tables she had by herself with little to no support. They were understaffed on a busy spring break weekend. Our food came out cold and our drinks we had to cancel because we were almost finish eating before she remembered. IT WAS THAT BAD! I couldn’t even blame the waitress. Overall experience was zero.
