I absolutely love their coffee drinks, and their whole bean coffee. I love them so much that I also use them on my coffee carts.
I make my own espresso at home and love exploring roasters. Picked up some beans and tried espresso, batch brew, and redline. All very tasty and I liked how serious the Barista was at making my espresso! She made sure the setting was correct before making my shot and I really really appreciated it.
Please be warned: if you’re not prepared, your mind may be blown by the deliciousness of this coffee. There is a strong possibility it will render you incapable of other seemingly simple tasks. I stopped by on my lunch and thank goodness I didn’t take my first sip until I got back to my desk. Had I experienced this behind the wheel, I may have crashed the car. My mind was working so hard to comprehend this amazing flavor, I temporarily forgot how to type - I had to call off for the rest of the day. I don’t think they have any plans of adding a warning label, so please take this cautionary tale to heart and plan on some extra time to process and enjoy this cup of awesomeness. Thank you.
Best espresso in the Inland Empire!
The staff was friendly and the coffee is good! Got the cold brew with milk and it was good! I’ll be coming here again soon!! Wish it was open a little later though sometimes but the location isn’t probably ideal since it’s in a business complex. But I’ll be back soon!
This review is about Nate over at Wild Goose. He made a first experience a great experience!!! If you don’t know this coffee shop’s story, well, next time you’re in there, find him and ask him. And what they do for the world… It is so amazing! why not support that and drink coffee! Oh, right, the important part… the coffee… was absolutely fantastic, definitely top best latte and espresso I’ve had in Redlands. They are roasting it right in the back for you to see and hear and smell. Overall great experience and coffee, but will come back because of Nate and his story!
This is a very small coffee house off of the beaten path. There are several outdoor tables for enjoying your coffee, as well as a few small tables inside. The barista knows what she’s doing and makes each complete order before taking the next. I ordered my typical Americano, but in watching her make a vanilla latte and a pumpkin butter latte I couldn’t help but wonder what I was missing! Everything looks clean and simple. They also have bagged coffee and Wild Goose merch for sale. No food, but they carry Parliament chocolate bars. (And I really enjoyed the flavor of the Americano!)
