I walked in to this location on 19 January at 9:45 a.m. I stood at the front counter and was never greeted or had my order taken. It was only after a Montgomery County Sheriff's Deputy walked behind the counter asking for utensils that someone came to the front. The manager told the sheriff's deputy that they did not have utensil as they had run out. My question to that situation is, "How do you serve pancakes, grits or any other breakfast items (outside of biscuits)without providing utensils to eat it with. My next question is why wasn't anything done to eliminate the obstacles, by store management? I ask that because he had to know this prior to someone asking for it, considering that he immediately replied we do not have any. Can't really give a review on food, because after waiting 15 minutes to be acknowledged and then hearing this response about utensils, I figured this is not somewhere I would want to eat.
