Mr Lorenzo please get a hold of your business and inspire anybody in your fast food location to do their job… the environment, the atmosphere, the blatant standing around on phones literally not working, is of the worst I’ve ever seen. The workers are literally annoyed you are there. And it’s CONSISTENTLY this bad. Night shift is 10 out of 10 nights a terrible embarrassing experience. It is astonishing this place is still open.
Whataburger....where do I start. Everytime I visit this location the experience is the same. The service is extremely, routinely you will spend 20-25 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for fast food! It baffles me how they expect to make money to meet the financial demands and thrive in the industry, I've gotten incorrect orders, food Temps below expectations. I hope the owners can turn the restaurant around before it's too late.
I went to eat with my family at 4pm and they told me that they only accept for the drive thru, Very bad service and disrespectful people
Slow service in the morning
I eat here a couple of times a week. The food is very good and the people are very friendly and accommodating.
Placed a mobile order for 9:05 at 8:50. Got there at 9:07. It is now 9:41 and we haven’t gotten our food… If we hadn’t already paid, we’d leave. I went in and tried speaking to an employee, but about halfway through my sentence, she turned around and walked off. I’ve been inside 10 minutes waiting at the counter to talk to someone and no one has even looked my direction. Pretty pathetic. Edit: IT IS 10PM! STILL NO ORDER! Long line of people inside, employee sitting on her phone… Someone delivered food to my car, but it was the wrong order. I asked the girl who delivered when ours would be ready, and she said they just started making it. Very curious if/when we’ll get it.
