Whataburger

Went to Whataburger to get a patty melt they used to have Swiss cheese. I can't eat the Monterey Jack cheese. It's too spicy for me so the guy on the speaker proceeded to tell me that they don't have Swiss and then the three years that he's been there they never have. It's one thing to tell somebody you don't have it. It's another one to pop off. You cost yourself some business. I won't be back.

Never ask for sauced from here, whether it's in person or through door dash, they never give them out, save your time and expect to be disappointed

if I could give this place, zero stars, I would. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through for a milkshake and a burger. When I get to the window they tell me that the freaking milkshake machine handle is broken so I couldn’t get my milkshake and it was a complete waste of time they didn’t even comp off my food. He told me that the milkshake machine was broken after I had already paid for my food so I couldn’t get a refund. Screw this location and everything it stands for!!

When you need it... you know. Tasty, good food, decently fast service. Got the boneless wings. They were good.

Whataburger is always good. Some franchises are rough looking on the inside, and the service can be a little dicey, but the food is always good. This particular one was clean and the staff was very friendly. Jeff was very kind and had a great personality.
