I placed an order via the Whataburger app. I scheduled it for pick up. When I arrived, I still had to wait for it to be prepared. When I got home (three minutes later), my fries were cold and they provided a teaspoon of tartar sauce with my two fish platter. I called the restaurant and told the manager that I wanted them to remake the order. When I arrived at the restaurant, the food was not ready yet. I told the manager that I didn’t want to wait. I asked for my money back. I was told that the store cannot refund customer’s money. What restaurant doesn’t refund customer’s money for bad food? This store is hopeless. Restaurant 855. Homeless people hangout in the parking lot and smoke weed. The homeless people come in to get unlimited free refills on drinks. The restaurant reeks of marijuana. This restaurant is bad for Whataburger’s reputation—which has been tanking since the folks in Chicago bought it. It is not focused on a customer experience that builds loyalty. I will be reviewing this restaurant online. I have complained before, but no one ever called me.
Las Hamburgesas no son muy buenas
Jaree G was amazing! He had a smile you could hear, he was very welcoming and cheering. I asked him how long he'd been there and he said October. I asked him if he was a manager and he said not yet, I told he he should be! I'm leaving this review to say give him a promotion!! I'm sick of people being in managerial positions that are rude when people like him aren't. He needs to be a manager, or get a raise or something. Your establishment cannot afford to lose him!
Super clean restaurant and staff was very sweet. My cashier has that southern hospitality that what-a-burger is known for. I'm glad that the company not being Texan Owned hasn't changed the staff. it was a bit of a wait but it is the lunch rush so thats no ones fault but my own.
Got order wrong, had to go in from drive thru to correct it. Food was just ok. Probably won't go back to this location
The customer service is horrible, the waiting time is too long, almost an hour waiting for a number one meal, the burger tastes horrible and also smelled bad (it smells like M********). The shift manager was super rude. I really hope they change that one day. I WILL NEVER VISIT A WHATABURGER AGAIN IN MY LIFE, today was the first and last time, I had to throw that hamburger in the trash, and the fries were cold, I don't know why they made me wait so long. THE WORST OF THE WORSE.
