Whataburger

ZERO!!!! If I could I would… this location is an embarrassment to the Whataburger name. We entered the location on a Friday night and the staff appeared to be under the influence of methamphetamines. I wish this was hyperbole, but it is not. The manager, Wanda, was on a call with her bank—reporting a $700 fraud charge on her account—at the counter. Her jaw was moving far more than was necessary to speak. Another employee wouldn’t allow us to just order in peace at the kiosk; she kept trying to force drink cups on us even though the person I was with had only been in Texas for mere hours and was ordering Whataburger for the first time. I repeatedly told her I was unsure about what I was going to drink and would complete my order on the kiosk—to which she continued to try to give me a drink cup because she “gotta get back to the drive-thru.” After waiting excruciatingly long for her order we asked about my friend’s order only to learn that it had just been sitting on the counter—no one called her name. When we asked about it the young man from the back shook his head and said “I swear they’re all high!” We accumulatively ordered three apple pies and we’re all disturbed by the color and taste of these pies. When I told the cashier that they looked suspicious, she took the apple pie I gave her, told me she would give me a fresh one. She returned seconds later with two apple pies that were cold to the touch. I’ll never visit this location again.

If I could give them a -5 on service I would, food is not any better.

The slowest drive thru ever

It took the geniuses at this restaurant three tries to get my order correct. Here was the order: Hamburger with meat and bun only. I love Whataburger, and will until the day I die, but someone needs to check in on this location for, I don’t know, signs of intelligent life.

This place is really terrible. I ordered a shake and they messed it up. When I called to let them know that the order was messed up and that someone else may have my drink they said they couldn’t believe I was calling to complain about a shake. I told them that I would just show up in person since I don’t want to talk to them and when I came in with my incorrect order the woman behind the counter was the same woman I spoke with on the phone. I told her to get the manager because I had nothing to say to her. The manager fixed my order but the fact this woman was that rude is wild. You guys should just go to dirty matin’s next door and call it a day. They’ll treat you right there unlike these guys

Worst Whataburger ever. The shift people were rude and were not able to keep up with s regular dinner rush.
