Whataburger

This place SUCKS! I went on a Sunday night at around 7:45 PM and there were only three cars ahead of me. It took me 30 MINUTES to get my small food order! That includes roughly 15 min of wait time after I ordered! The kid who finally brought my food told me it took so long because they were waiting on fries and they were short-handed. Couldn't have been too short-handed because one of their employees was in the dining area dancing and putting on a show. To top off this terrible experience, the food was DISGUSTING and cold! I ordered the new wings they were advertising and they looked NOTHING like the picture. What I got was some thawed out pieces of something that was supposed to look like chicken, smothered in tobasco sauce. Not a single bone in the entire serving of these 9 chunks of frozen whatever! Whataburger SUCKS!

Nasty! Taking open food back to the kitchen to add to something.. after customer touched. Blood on seats in the restroom. Front counter girl had gloves in but kept touching her face and hair. Didn't even order just left!

Ordered on the app for an order in 30 minutes. App said my order would be ready when I was 8 minutes away. Got there, no order. I heard the manager inquire about my order and tell them to "remake it". 30 minutes later got my food. No apologies. If I hadn't double checked it it would have been incomplete. Terrible experience!

Stopped here and ordered at 4:58 for some breakfast. Had to leave at 5:15 since the line had not moved and it was going to make me late for work. Get this place some help in the morning or my business will not return.

The folks working at this location take amazing care of their customers. Never had a bad order here!
