I ordered for pick up and paid online. My order was confirmed and my card was charged. I recieved an email saying that I'd get a text letting me know when my food would be ready for pick up. An hour later, still no text. So I called..no answer. Luckily I live close to the restaurant. An hour after my order was placed, I drove there to pick up my order and the restaurant is closed. I checked the hours and they claimed to be open but was not and still no one answered the phone. Couldn't even leave a message because the mailbox was full. So basically $13.07 was stolen from me. How do I get my money back???
New (3 star): Today I ordered from DoorDash and they were closed. Didn’t order in a while because it took some time for me to adjust to their price increases, now it’s my first time ordering in a while and they’re closed. Old (5 star): I have had their eggs with cheese, bacon, hash browns, waffles, French toast, BLT, fries, home fries, and cheesesteak on Texas toast. Everything was delicious.
