Nice breakfast dinner. Service was very good. Food was above avg but the dishes could be more exciting. Fried egg sandwich was very tasty but the bread was less than the best. Food did arrive without a big wait. No one at my table had any complaints. They allowed some menu modifications for us due to some dietary issues. On the pricey side and tip option is preselected. Only problem with that is if your server is having a bad day or the restaurant is too busy. Our server, Richard, was spot on.
The food was quick and delicious. And my server was absolutely lovely. She rolled with all my horrible jokes and we never ran out of our drinks. Each time I've been, while it has been at open, I always feel like they are not open yet as the lighting inside is dim. But they are and my small little brain gets excited all over again.
Food was cold and mostly flavorless. Drinks came with the meal so we sat for 20 minutes for cold food and late $15 drinks. Service was uninspiring. Not coming back for a $70 breakfast.
I've had breakfast at the West Egg Cafe 3 times and have never been disappointed with the food & service. The food is consistently hot, tasty, and the portions are plenty. The restaurant is clean, and although parking can be a bit tricky, it's free (with a voucher) and convenient.
This place really crashed and burned. Its used to be one of our go tos, but wow. The food is extremely poor the staff is meh and now to have to pay to park.. gtfoh... hard pass from here on out
Food was good. Crab fritters were the best thing we had. The chicken sausage was very bland.
