Today was the hot Nashville chicken sandwich. Really really good. I added pimento to it. Highly commend it!

Nashville wasn't hot enough for me but I'm sure it's hot enough for most ppl. Other than that everything was fire. We also got chili tater tots. They were gone so fast bc they were so good. 10/10

I loved the loaded tater tots and the burger. Smaller than expected and the special sauce is spicy. I loved it but two of my dining partners didn't expect that and said it was too hot. It didn't say the special sauce was spicy and they were unhappy. I was thrilled. I'll be back, they won't the chocolate shake was great.

Great burgers-including some non traditional options(pbj-believe it!), sandwiches and yes, more! Tots anyone?? Owner operator is helpful and friendly and good on checking in as your meal progresses. Gritty part of mission, Wes’s is an oasis of great food and calm; googie interior a plus too!

BEST fried chicken sandwich in the Mission and the CRISPIEST tater tots. A neighborhood staple. Vegetarian options: You can make almost any burger with an impossible patty. Minus cheese and it's vegan.

Atmosphere could not be better. Every detail, from the open, sizzling kitchen, the half-hidden arcade, the mid century wood and the jukebox just feels smartly laid out but with no sweat at all. Staff was helpful and the menu had the right balance of crafty (try the hot Wes burger with queso) and classic. This is a burger made to celebrate with, but the joint will make you feel like just being there is joyful time anyway. Surprising amount of veggie options and $4-6 beers available as well. Vegetarian options: Maybe the widest range of veggie options at a burger place in the city
