We were traveling and stopped for a break. The store was closed to the public, only the drive through was open and the manager opened the doors so we could use washrooms. Employees showed up so we ended up eating. Thanks for your kindness.

9:45 at night. No one else in the drive thru. I ordered a single with ketchup only and a Diet Coke. Received a single with mayo only and regular coke. How hard is it people?

Half of my order was not included in the delivery. The burger was cold. Wrong toppings.

Ordered cheeseburger deluxe got food poisoning. Please make sure you cook the burgers until done, someone could die. Thank god that I'm not worse than typical food poisoning.We won't be back.Take out Dinner drive thru.

Came in for lunch and made us wait because they were not ready. The lady at the counter was charging me at the drive through register until the manager came in and told her to use the front register. Did not appreciate that at all because she was charging me two different amounts of the same items, and I had a feeling she was doing something fishy to get extra money. Overall the food was good but the customer service was very poor.

We had 2 Biggie Bags for around $10- great deal! 9/30/23 This,was the 2nd time they were out of most fountain drinks. Really?/ 2/10/24 They're running a free burger promotion honoring the 40th anniversary of the Clara Peller " Where's the beef?" ad. Fun, right? No! You must order through the app, and the app was DOWN!! It wasn't working? How dumb of them not to anticipate that millions of people would trying to use the app, and make sure it would work???? Really?????
