I had a terrible time!!!! The wait time was over 45mins for a drive through. I order a sandwich and a drink which were disgusting and looked unpleasant. When I finally got up to the speaker to order it had been 30 mins, and when I asked the worker how much more time I had left, he responded with 15 more mins!!! The wait time here is ridiculous! I will not be returning anytime soon because of my experience 4/6/24 2:50PM
Like any other fast food establishments that are overpriced it's a hit or miss when it comes to quality of the food. However due to the busy drive-thru I decided to go inside and let's just say I spotted so many food safety violations. As a prior manager and food management they definitely would not pass food safety. The last straw was someone coming from out of the restroom with a cell phone and went straight into the kitchen walked straight past the sinks. Money was being handled, hands were not being washed, gloves were not being used. I'm sure there's a lot of cross-contamination here. Management really needs to step up.
Not all Wendy’s are the same, as this being said. I had my food delivered, I got everything except for 2 large orange frosty. It’s pretty sad that the employees don’t care if the order is correct or not before it leaves the store, which is also their responsibility.
Came an hour before closing, said they were only accepting mobile orders and DoorDash (which is because they counted their drawer for the night) and so I asked if I placed a mobile order for a frosty, could I get it then? Then he tells me they already cleaned the machine for the night, complete trash.

CALL 1800 WENDY'S STOCKTON BLVD SAC....I WOULDN'T FEED THIS CRAP TO A DOG Got my money back after I had to literally beg for it....AND I WATCHED THEM BELITTLE THEIR STAFF WHO WERE APOLOGIZING FOR CONDITION THOSE PEOPLE NEED A JOB. CALL PUBLIC HEALTH. AND THE WENDY'S CORPORATE OFFICE. AND DON'T eat there. They are located next to Costco, Stockton Blvd Sacramento CA
I ordered thru drive thru waited for about 25 min for a number 6 meal spicy chicken sandwich with fries and drink and yet the chicken was raw only 2 employees at work poor management gonna get someone sick!! need to step it up Wendy’s.
This was super sad.... 1st at the drive thru the guy says "we're only taking cash". I say: " no worries, cash is all I got". Cool! Right? NO! I then say: I'd like a small chilli. He says: " I'm sorry we don't have any". I was flabbergasted! I say: " never mind".... Then I wait 10 more minutes to get out of the drive thru. By the way: the guy in front if me didn't get anything but he was talking to the cashier for 10 minutes. Sad! I think Wendy might be sad too
Sat in line at drive thru for almost 30 minutes. Was given my order by a very nice young lady who told me that she doesn’t believe my order was placed in the bag properly. She was correct. I wasn’t given straws for my drinks. One burger was unwrapped, apart, and COLD. The fries were cold, smashed, and discolored. Horrible food. I didn’t eat it and would like a refund of my $18
