That Wendy's is the worst fast food, they have roaches serving, and they force you to buy to come inside the door I will never eat at that roaches place!!!

Don’t eat here. The food is cold. The bacon is ONLY COOKED IN THE MORNING! You will get sick from not getting served fresh food!

Why do I receive a 9 dollar Pretzel bacon burger, just slightly over room temperature?? I really thought these were supposed to be HOT & FRESH ??? TYPICALLY drive up window scham.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s!! I made a review a year ago(LOOK BELOW). Today I went in for a quick snack. I go to this location everyday, breakfast and lunch. The manager Marie rung me up the INCORRECT order, gave me pure attitude, and none the sense of urgency. The restaurant is dirty, me as a customer came in 3/4/2024 and cleaned that lobby. I mean cleaned, the tables, windows etc. that’s shameful. It’s ALWAYS homeless folks inside sleep, rolling up drugs, or acting mad. I keep giving this Wendy’s a chance. I took the survey based of my experience and MARIE service. I was notified that an employee was written up due to Marie actions. Yet the employee never spoke to me nor assisted me. I need Wendy’s management to take accountability. When I came back for lunch, I ask COURTNEY for the corporate number. He REFUSED. Told me use the receipt l, yet I did and you(COUNRTNEY) retaliated on a crew member. That’s very unethical. He called the pompano beach police to have me removed, yet the stated I was a customer not making any issue. All I asked for was the number because clearly the survey is bull. He was rude, bad strong demeanor, and I refuse to allow him to walk over me or anyone who doesn’t have anything to do with the true problem. I have called corporate and leaving google reviews. I will be on Facebook at about this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Needs new management, the girls are good and friendly. The grill guy is awesome. That lobby is disgusting. No speed of service, and the employees have no knowledge of promotions or products!! PLEASE HELP OR CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN!!!

I like this place for the salads , also the becanator, I take off the bread and replace for ketto bread, them is healthy and better for me to eat. I just give some tips that I use on my own .
