Probably closing down but every time I go the staff is kind food is ok but not the best sadly

This location was just closed for two months and bought by corporate, but nothing is better. Exact same type of employees. Work nearby and have a pickup order? Too bad, because the staff is lazy and the lobby is locked. Instead, they have the nerve to tell you to _walk_ up to the drivethru full of cars and get run over. No thanks, I'll just go elsewhere. I used to defend this this place to people, but they will be closed again soon in no time. Pathetic experience.

Employees are very slow at this store. Customer Service is not good at this store. And thr food was cold.

Worst Burger King. they move at the rate of a turtle customer service horrible. Food never fresh fries are always cold.

Horrible service

I had never been so poorly cared for. My family and I went to make an order at the till, the person in front, today, September 7, 2023 at 8:00 pm, a person in front of us attended and then we waited 10 minutes for him to ask us in the worst way Maybe if we were going to order to go, when it was obvious that we were going to eat there. There was nobody else there and he couldn't be nice, plus the staff aspect was critical. What a pity that we will no longer return to Burger King. the worst experience.

Impressive the bad treatment of the ladies, rude, bad manners and discrimination against Latinos before us he treated a person and he mistreated us.
