This Wendy's spot is nasty. I came here today with a colleague of mine, and the service was a disgrace. The women who were working the cashier and doing the cooking were gossiping the whole time. The service took longer to get the food than it did to get our drinks. The atmosphere was dirty because it had trash and sticky stains all up and through there. The food was okay for a fast food place anyway.
DON’T COME HERE !!! I came in on April 2nd and they was out of frosty when I asked for an refund the manager Kesha didn’t explain to me how to get my money back until I asked to come back and actually explain it to me. Once I reached out to the mobile app they told me a case was created but was never heard anything back from them. When I reached out on April 9th I was told it was escalated again but no one reached out again. So I reached back out today just for them to tell me the store would have to refund me once talking to the store the GM Jordan standing in stated they would have give the refund everyone in that store has an nasty attitude and doesn’t know an thing about customer service. This was my second time coming here and will definitely be last. Also still no refund was issued
no line & still had to wait a long time over 20minutes after paying. they had us back up to restart the timer just for them to be extremely slow. the excuse was “waiting on fresh products” how long does it take to make a fresh biggy bag?
This location serves raw uncooked fries, I’m not sure on how to upload a picture but I will not be returning.
Don’t know what changed in the last couple of months but this is the slowest Wendy’s I’ve been to when compared to the volume of customers. You place a mobile order ahead of time and still have to wait 10-15 minutes after you get there. Crazy part is they will still forget your sauce too
