Service in general is horrible here. Machines are always broke down lines always long and people who work there just have the worst attitudes . No customer service at all. Food is horrible overall worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.
Nice looking. But nah fr just go somewhere else. They are rude and will mess up your order.
Hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. 7pm on Sat 3/16… sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and didn’t move. Decided to park & go in to pick up a mobile order, only to find dining room doors are locked. Staff looked up and just ignored us. Consistently have awful customer service. Missing items, cold food, sticky tables, ketchup dispensers empty, etc. We tried to give them multiple chances since it was a new location but even months later, it’s still bad. Corporate needs to take this franchise back because the owner doesn’t seem to know how to run it or just doesn’t care. Not coming back until it’s under new ownership.

HORRIBLE WENDYS, everyone in there moves like snails, just to give you some cold food, why am I inside waiting for almost 20 minutes for a four piece kids meal... with apple slices not even fries. there was only 2 people in front me, who I'm guessing waited way longer. it's not even busy, the customer service is just garbage. get rid of the whole staff, especially the people doing the food prep. horrible wendys
This location is stealing from customers. I don’t know who I need to talk too, but I’m sick of it. I get overcharged everytime I come here. They never give you a receipt at the first window, they say it will be at the second window so you can’t see what you were charge with. Then you get to the second window and it’s 20 plus receipts up there. The food is never fresh, I ask for fresh they always lie and say it just dropped, the truth is they are worried about their “count”. I get charged for sauce, yet the prices have increased. Shut this locations down. You’re better off going to the McDonald’s that’s across the street!
Placed an order online, they can’t find it. What’s the good of placing on order on the app if I’m charged, yet I’m told my order does not exist. This is sadly crazy. Staff is unfriendly even though I told them respectfully I’d just wait on it. They kept giving excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t have my order. I won’t be wasting my money here anymore.
