Ordered almost $30 worth of food through the mobile app for indoor pickup. Went to the restaurant, waited in line, told the cashier the name on the order and waited. 5 minutes pass by and they try and hand me another person's order. I let them know that's not my order and the cashier asked for the name again. Gave him the name and he said that name wasn't in their system. I confirmed the address, to make sure I was at the right place and I was. I tried to show the cashier my phone with the order confirmation & receipt pulled up and he wouldn't even look at it, just kept saying the name wasn't in the system. Tried multiple times to ask him and the manager(?) that was bagging food, what was going on and how to fix the problem and kept getting ignored. Stood there for at least 5 more minutes trying to get the situation resolved and kept getting ignored. Finally left because I only had a certain amount of time for lunch. Lost almost $60 today because of this particular store (what I ordered and didn't get, on top of the food I had to go buy at McDonalds). My ultimate guess they gave my order to someone else, as they tried to hand two other ppl the wrong order while I was standing there and didn't want to take responsibility for the mess up.
They don't have bacon. They don't have nuggets. They're out of all drinks except sugar free lemonade. Sharkeesha can't do math and Tyrone can't read so even if you could order any food it wouldn't be anything you ordered. Just go out of business already.
The drive-through experience started rough, they were rude when taking my order. Also, we ordered coffee with our breakfast, and when we got up to the window, she told me they would need to brew more coffee. Acting like it was an inconvenience for them to do so. I love Wendy’s, but I will not be coming back to this one.
I have tried to keep jobs going for all the spots in my neighborhood. But regardless of how nice they sometimes are here, doesn't make up for the countless incorrect orders, rude servers and this time a plastic glove was added to my burger. I have finally reached my breaking point enough not to go back.
