They have you pull forward as soon as you get the window to turn the clock off on your times. No one was behind me. These processes and structures are setup to ensure top customer service. Having customers pull forward is showing basically trying to trick your boss or corporate. I Instead spent 9 minutes waiting on food to come out, this is extremely unprofessional & honestly ridiculous with the wages these guys make now.

This Wendy's has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. Twice in the past month I have gone in there and been asked to use the kiosk, and the kiosk is still on breakfast menu making it impossible to order lunch. This last time, the menu was also in French, adding an additional layer of absurdity to what should be a very simple process. This last time I was there, I described this problem fervently to the manager, and he said "I don't have anyone for the front register right now". So what, exactly, are we supposed to do? I went to Whataburger.
Drive thru was very slow, messed up my order and over charged me. I had to wait in a parking spot for 10 additional minutes for food and it was cold. Of incould give a negative star it would be -5 star. Shut this location down or find new respectable employees.
