Inside was closed, directed to use drive thru. Nope, hire enough people, pay a decent wage and run your business.
Sounds like many other people have had similar experiences, but I ordered on the app and they told me to drive to the second window, where they immediately gave me my order, but I later found out it was the wrong order. No receipt in the bag either. Completely unorganized place.
It was very trashy and the manager refused to refund my soupy milkshake for at least a small soda pop so I am making sure they're reviews are matching they're mouth's and dirty tables and dirty floors please do yourselves a favor and don't come to this Wendy's guys!!!!? No go!!!!!!!
I just went through their drive through for a very simple order. Yet they still get it wrong and overcharge me in the process. Besides that, I'm certain that I was served fried that sat since the day before. I know this because, how on earth am I going to be perhaps your first lunch order, then you serve me cold stale fries. Don't go here guys, they're always messing up.
Ordered a Frosty Cream Cold Brew, received a black cold brew coffee, and when I asked about the frosty cream, the rude associate responded "well, there's no frosty in it, duh" In addition, 3/4 meals were not prepared as ordered (excluding condiments), and I did not get a receipt. Highly recommend avoiding this location.
Very rude and nasty employees. For example, had to ask 4 times for a straw. After she sassy told me it is in the bag, rolled her eyes. And walked away each time. Leaving me to wait for her to return and loop the same request. And again, and again and again. Some people just can't do customer service.
