Went Saturday night at 12:40 -they close at 1 am. Ordered in the mobile app and had deals applied to my order. Watched the car in front of me place their order just fine. When I told them I had a mobile order it went silent. Then after some prompting, a different person asked for the name on the order, then even longer silence. I ask if everything is okay and the guy tells me that they are unable to make my order. I ask why and after stumbling over his words, he just goes quiet without giving me a reason. Then they say they'll refund my purchase (they didn't). I ask again what the problem is and silence. I ask if they're closed and he says yes. Weirdest experience ever. Do they not want to honor deals in mobile orders? The rewards points weren't returned either. I don't even think I'll bother calling management in the morning because I'm sure that's where this behavior and this store's practices are taught. Before this experience, it was one of my favorite locations. I'm still in disbelief as to what happened. They literally took my money and refused to serve me. Definitely reaching out to corporate - what an absolute joke.
Lol this place is run by children takes 20min to get my order taken. Then they forgot at least one or two of your items. And then food is all ice cold.
Best burger I have had at any wendys fresh buns great flavor and awesome service workers where on point highly recommended
