Drive through messed up my order, asked to wait, order finally came out and was missing chik nuggets. Went inside to get the missing nuggets and when I got back to the truck and pulled out the nuggets there were only three and no spoon for the frosty.
Manager was rude because I did not want to use a credit card for a $3.00 purchase. I gave her $3.10 as my bill was $3.07 and she then hands me my receipt and tells me, "we don't have anymore pennies" and walks away. Taken by surprise by her response, I asked her what was the problem. I actually tried to talk to her to figure out why I was being treated this way. Then she tells me that she will take $.03 out of her purse and give it to me. I left the $.03 on the counter. Never have I ever been treated treated this way. I was actually shocked!
Every time I come to this Wendy's no one answers the drive-thru they purposely wait for you to speak first instead of a normal greeting from a fast food restaurant they will literally sit there for minutes if you don't say nothing they won't say anything customer service here is trash food 50/50 chance your order will be incorrect your food would not be hot Luke warm at best so there is no confusion I was in drive-thru at 10:12 p.m. Sunday February 11th 2024
Went to two different places... First place did not have the salad that I was hoping to get... Went to another Wendy's they were very slow... Took forever to place a order..... Even longer to go the order.... Will not go back....
Waited at front counter for 15min, go somewhere else
