Horrible customer service at their drive thru window! I've never heard someone speak with that much slang in a job setting.
They don't open at 7:30. I walk over from my truck and trailer. Wendy's lights where off and doors locked.
I visited this Wendy's on 02/15/24 at 10PM to find a line of cars at the ordering station. I thought hmm this is odd, but I waited patiently for my turn to place an order only to find out that they are only accepting cash?! WOW 15 mins in line to find out that I can't even place an order because they are only accepting cash! I have already abandoned the Wendy’s app because your restaurants have no clue about how to properly service mobile orders and now this. Thanks Wendy's for reminding me why I choose to spend my money elsewhere!
I actually like this Wendy's and usually they don't let me down. If the line is too long or the lobby is closed or nobody is working the drive through I just go to one of the many alternatives within 1 mile. No big deal. My expectations aren't that high to begin with which would be my recommendation to anyone. If it's working, try it. If it's not, move on.

This Wendys location is a joke . It’s 3pm in the afternoon. There are about 9 + cars in the drive-threw line with people still pulling up and the lobby is closed . Why is the lobby closed? If you want to a run a 100% drive threw experience then promote that . Don’t post new lobby hours on the front door and then don’t honor it. The food already isn’t that good , then u got the nerve to have bad service . Ughh. Throw the whole franchise away atp. (I was not ordering for myself but for a coworker, I personally do not eat Wendy’s) Update : I’ve attached a picture of my co workers salad. The lettuce is completely wilted , brown and old looking . Never again Parking: There is plenty of parking because the lobby is always closed
Is there any reason why Ms.Shaquanna Brockington (night shift manager) is asking for peoples cash apps to pay for food? That was a very very uncomfortable experience. I should be able to pay with my funds and not have to be asked to cashapp a manager money to eat. I waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged. And when I did get my food, it took another 10 to 15 mins sitting in the drive through. That’s extremely horrible.
