Fifth time here, first time was St Paddy Day, food was so good we brought extra home. Each time we come we try something new, always top notch. Chowder better than Brophys Italian better than Petrini Alexander seems to always be around checking on things. Worked with two bartenders over the visits, both providing generous pours and consistent service. Won’t mention Happy Hour, don’t want to ruin it….LOL

The service is really what makes this place stand out, although the food is good too. Love the location next to the water. You can arrive by boat, if you have one!

First time in this wonderful place. Really loved it. A good place for special occasions.

We took our 10 year old grandson for his birthday and had brunch. We had eggs Benedict, French toast and the California omelette, glass of wine and a Shirley Temple. The food was amazing! They have a very good menu and the wine list was excellent. We felt like we were at a boutique restaurant, the food tasted like it was homemade and we were in our home kitchen being catered to! We definitely recommend Waterside for great food, beautiful view and an upscale atmosphere.

This place was so much better than the reviews make it sound. The owner personally was making sure we were being taken care of. The service was amazing! The food was amazing as well. A definite must try!

Love this place. If it’s crowded, servers can be kind of overloaded, but nine times out of 10. It’s amazing service. Great menu, great bar, amazing location, and delicious food. Chicken sandwich on brioche is my favorite meal.

Excellent food, friendly staff, beautiful restaurant with lots of big windows facing the harbor - magnificent view. Can’t say enough about this wonderful restaurant. Go! You will be very pleased,.

Short: Good potential, argumentative owner or manager, average to below average food. Don’t go if u want nice food, drinks and service. Made up place and so set your expectations accordingly. Ordered bunch of food for party of kids and adults , reserved ahead on new year 2024 eve. Everything was ok with average food and wine/drinks (average because small wine selection and not well made margaritas.. had to order again and they fixed the drinks properly in next attempt so that was really appreciated). They got the simple steak wrong with charred bitter taste and chewy feel so had to leave the steak half. Worst and most surprising part is that when waitress asked how was steak and we told the feedback, she said all the right things that she will let chef and manager know and they will make it better next time but then the manager came and really messed up the whole dinner by arguing unnecessary (really !!) .. Overall not a good experience and food was pretty average to worst steak I ever tasted along with argumentative manager.
