I use to frequent this location. Normally, customer service is really good. Mary there, however, on this visit, I was waiting for my order to be taken, in walks, I guess a regular, and the lady asked him what he wanted and shouted order not fair. I was not pleased.

Very clean and loved the Easter decor. The food was great, and the servers were friendly and attentive. It's one of my favorite Pensacola Waffle Houses so far. The bathroom was also very clean, which is a huge plus. Definitely order scrambled eggs with cheese from here. Absolutely delicious.

Best Waffle House in Pensacola! Evening staff is my favorite! Always decorated, friendly staff, great food and fast!
