The first time I ever used it, placed the order 40 min in advance, when came to pick it up, they didn't know there was an online order , so I they only started making it when I showed up. The 2nd time I placed an online order, got a message order in person or call the store. Well , tried calling , nobody answered the phone. Once I went back to online order form and switched my order to a different location - everything worked perfectly fine . It's 2023 , placing online orders ( or even phone on orders ) shouldn't be that hard.
