Best pho in Nashville! It's so good that I ordered more to go lol

Each dish, from the fragrant steak pho to the impeccable ribeye bahn mi, was crafted with care, creating a mosaic of flavors that danced on our tongues. The tofu bahn mi offered a lighter, yet equally satisfying alternative, its taste and texture thoughtfully balanced. The grilled wings, dressed in a lively spicy sauce, were a flavor-packed highlight that awakened our taste buds. Sipping on an array of teas, we found comfort in the berry's sweetness and were invigorated by the turmeric citrus' piquant flair. Their quiet excellence reflected the serene setting we dined in. Though the sight of empty booths was a poignant reminder of potential untapped, and the parking fees a slight inconvenience, these details were mere footnotes in the narrative of a lovely meal. In the calm of an unhurried space, Vui's Kitchen served up not just food, but an ensemble of vibrant moments to cherish.

My wife and I order from Vuis almost twice a week! We get the beef bahn mi, the chicken pho with extra broth and the beef noodle bowl. The beef is SO tasty and they definitely never slack on the veggies per order of the noodle bowl. We love everything, the wings, the spicy dumpling soup even the tacos. Everything is always hot and ready when it should be. The staff is always polite. Can’t ask for anything more! We love Vuis Kitchen!

Best vegan pho I've found. Cute food hall in East Nashville. Service was excellent and staff can accommodate vegan requests.
