Vino’s Italian Kitchen

We were told the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes. We waited for 25 minutes then saw someone get seated before us. We went up to the counter and told them that we were still waiting and sitting right next to them. Then several other people got seated in front of us. After 45 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager finally sat us, but basically did nothing. Then we sat down and waited another 15 minutes for a server to bring us water. The server came by twice And ignored us both times. We then walked out.

3/10/24 update. New chef, food was bland and chicken leathery. Salad was old, we enjoyed the risotto balls but couldn't taste any parm cheese only mozzarella. Service was great and she welcomed our criticism and said kitchen is working on improving. We'll give them a few months before returning. Very disappointed. (2023) 4 star. Really impressed as we expected very little from a casino restaurant. It takes the best aspects from chains like Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory but bad it for an intimate atmosphere. I believe Shay was our waitress, Really nice and helpful. Everyone was really attentive for Saturday night when it was busy everywhere at 8pm. Breadsticks were flavorful and good chew, not stale in the slightest or oily. Salad was great with a light dressing. The only negatives we brought up was it being heavy on the salt. We sent the fried calamari back as it was too salty, we didn't request a replacement as it was close to our entree coming. Even our entree was a bit salty, but it was great with the other herbs, fresh sage was especially delicious. We plan to go back and hope the heavy salt was unusual. Prices were also reasonable.

Had a food credit from the casino and tried them due to long lines at the other restaurants. Large portions, super nice servers and brought home food because the prices were reasonable. For $100, I arancini, filet and veggies, berry tiramisu, took home lasagna and another dessert. All tables get unlimited salad and bread sticks.

What a surprise. We had a long wait at another place in the casino so we wandered in and sat at the bar. We ate there too. The blackened Salmon was amazing. Perfectly cooked. My husband had the chicken piccata and the sauce was delicious and the chicken melted In your mouth. Service was excellent!

My favorite is the chicken parmesan and have eaten it here about once a month for several years. We were out of state for 18 months and come back and it isn't the same. The pasta and sauce are perfect but the chicken now taste pre cooked. It has a rubbery texture. I'd sure like the fresh breaded breast back.

Waitress seemed to forget about our meal saying it takes time to cook certain stuff. Spaghetti and fettuccine noodles take same time. 2 or 3 tables put there orders in way after us got their food quick. Food is good but the waitress needs to be about service and not cleaning bar glasses and downing red bulls!

Love to eat here. Great food, great service! I wish they were open on Mondays and Tuesdays as well!

We ordered to go 1 chilled chicken pasta 1 margarita flat bread/ Calamari 1 blackened salmon .. we just got home and there is no salmon and there is salad instead of it .. I tried to call you guys no one answering.. not sure what the situation is like that?

For the second time this restaurant has charged my card an unauthorized charge. I did eat this restaurant and I did use my card and I do have a charge for the service I experienced however, I also have an additional charge that I did not authorize. The restaurant phone line is hidden under an automated system. If you try to call you cannot contact them about disputing the charge. So for the second time I get the dispute the charge with my credit card. Pay cash don’t trust these people.
