Lady at the front was extremely rude, I ordered online and my chicken tasted old, I told her that and she argued with me even though I’m literally the one eating this food and paying for it lol. She rudely gave me a cash refund, threw me $14 when I paid $15.55 and then walked away without saying anything, it’s not a big difference so I don’t really care, but why would you not give me all my money back? I usually love the food here so I wasn’t that bothered by the one bad food experience I had, but her attitude was definitely the worst of it all. No one wants to be treated like that when they’re trying to have lunch. She was older and wearing a blue cap, everyone else is usually nice so…

Been going to Vinny’s for years , but today it missed the mark. I don’t know if it’s because of new management but the wraps seem much smaller than they used to be. Hope they’re not changing the way they make their wraps !!

We’ve been eating at Vinnys for years and after speaking to the manager tonight, we will never be back. We picked up the salad, made about a 30 minute drive to get home and come to find we’re missing ingredients and the chicken is rubber, inedible spat out. I called for a refund as this was sadly going in the trash. I was told “if you bring back the spat out food, you can have a refund, I don’t make the policy”. Even to the point he said bring it back another time. As if I’m going to keep a bag full of food that’s inedible and spat out. The point of the matter is I wouldn’t be calling if there wasn’t a problem. That’s part of being a business, having customer service. I was also told a photo in the garbage will not suffice. So here’s photographic evidence of the salad hitting the trash.
