My favorite bakery in Dallas. Been to both the Greenville ave and this location. This location has slightly better hours and has better lines on rush days.
Great location near the trail. Since they stopped the Pistachio chocolate pinwheel, which was the best item, the Pretzel croissant is now the must-try item.
I liked the atmosphere here. The croissants were so good. We tried Pain Au Chocolat and Bacon Jalapeño Croissant. The OJ was good too but the Almond milk Hot chocolate is why I’m giving 4 stars.
The best chocolate croissant in Dallas and I have tried a TON! This place is amazing every time. Love it!!
Best chocolate cake (except for Chef A. Salum’s) in Dallas, maybe Texas. Palmiers have too much sugar for my taste. My mother loves the Kouign Amann.
Bought 2 chocolate croissant loaf slices, 2 laminated brioche, and a slice of carrot cake spent over $28. One of the croissant loafs was dry, as the chocolate inside looked dried. The laminated brioche wasn't very tasty. This wasn't my first visit to this establishment, however it will be my last I felt for over $28 the pastries should have been fresh.
This has been my go to place for croissant the last few years, the best I had outside of France. Flaky outside and soft/moist inside, full of rich butter favor. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointed experience when I visited in mid Dec 23. Thought it was a flu and gave it a try again today. Same result. I think they either changed chef, formula or facility. The "new" croissant is a totally different product in shape, size, taste, and texture. Sadly I think you can get better croissant in Costco. Please bring them the "old" version.
