Horrible sandwich bread was hard as a rock tomatoes were old super disappointed with the new change definitely not worth the price at all.

Ordered a sandwich online and as a long time customer I can definitely say it’s a little different than before from the old owner and the price has gone up. My order was missing the Parmesan cheese and the onion rings weren’t that warm but overall it was a good experience and good food non the less.

New owners will always have hiccups, but this place needs to get rid of the kids up front working the register and making sandwiches. They are fighting with each other, made the sandwich completely wrong. When I told them it was wrong she said it was right. Place is crashing and burning quick. Manager needs to take over fast start training the staff and get back to reality before their submarine is sunk.

Have eaten here for years under previous owner & never had a bad experience. The 1st time I ate a meal under the new owner was a disappointing experience. Same issues as many already posted. I gave 2nd chance, it wasn't much better. Today I received a sandwich that half of bread completely crumbled & everything fell out of sandwich. The other half was so hard it couldn't be eaten. So, I guess 3 strikes your out. Very disappointing follow up to the previous owner. I also do not understand why the owner only responds to the few positive reviews but doesn't acknowledge any of the negative feedback that seems to be consistent.

5 star sub and great price! However, ethics of tipping is debatable. Makes me feel some type of way, and the kids too. **Completely negates the deal** a 20% gratuity. Solution: Increase pay rate by 10-15%, as forecasted with that 20% popup. And reduce default 20% gratuitous tip Pop-ups, to a reasonable and Optional 5-10% or better yet *Zero... It's a sub shop. Because it's not a Tip, it's gratitude in addition for a job well done, and most don't know that because it's baked into the POS system and worded incorrectly. And taxed incorrectly. This idea Needs to be trained and treated as such. So employees don't get upset and discouraged. But I'm being popped 20% questions and they haven't done the work yet. Or they won't do the work right if I leave less! In addition. To the fact I came there to pickup my own order, an Order that was advertised to me as a Deal. Reduces the likelihood I'll come back to take advantage of the deal weekly creating repeated business. Thus; a better gratitude and relationship with the Submonger.

We've gone to this sandwich place for years, but it's been a short minute. Did not kno that the owner sold the place and was bragging to our friend who we brought to lunch. We bought 4 different sand , each of us were unhappy with what we got. very terrible service paid 80 bucks for 4 sandwiches, sodas and none of us enjoyed our melse, let alone finish them. We also ordered an order of fries which were old and cold. We waited fifteen minutes to be called up to put our toppings on and they proceed with we close in nine minutes. We watched the young man turned a lady away, saying that they closed. When they were still people in there. They were not very friendly. Food was terrible. I will say the nice new paint and clean place was nice. But we will never go back. Sorry to see the old owner leave we miss you.

Not the same... bread sucked was hard.. sandwich fell apart No more fountain drinks.. Workers are rude... It was way better with the original owner ran it... Will not be going back and that was the best sub sandwich place...
