What happened to this place? It use to be my go to place and all of my out of town friends loved it. Yesterday, I ordered the two piece fish/chips and when I got home, I noticed at least one piece appeared to be fried twice, once I took a bite it was confirmed. The other piece looked fresh but had half uncooked batter inside, disgusting. Threw it all away. Very dissapointed and will not be returning, it's just too expensive to take a chance. So about $20 wasted, with tip. What really ticks me off, is that it was intentional; they knew exactly what they were doing (reason for one star). I want my tip back.
The fish was okay. There is not a lot of seasoning. My daughter got the Calmari, and it gave her food poisoning.
Don't eat fish, but wife loves it. Good service. Parking: Have always been able to squeeze in front strip mall. Apparently there is also parking in back. It is not a problem.
The front window of the spot was broken. The bill reflects how they are treating the customers.
The fish is delicious and there's good sides like fried mushrooms.
I enjoyed the fry, batter crunchy, prawns nice and meaty. The fish could’ve been a little firmer but overall I enjoyed it. Lumpia was small and fries slightly overcooked I missed the Hawaiian lumpia I need to find a spot.
Need I say this is the best fish and chips in the city! The sad part of our visit was the store had been vandalized not once but twice... Windows have been knocked out but yet customer service was top-notch and the food was absolutely delicious. It's sad that people today cannot run and honest wholesome business without some clown or clowns making life hard for them.
Tugboat fish and chips are awesome. Get yourself a side of prawns. Parking: Back lot parking. Get your loved one some flowers at the florist.
Good friendly neighborhood spot for a seafood bite. There is parking in the back.
