Tso Chinese Takeout & Delivery

I feel truly sorry for the people that think this is good chinese food. This is panda express level. Whoever thinks this is good needs to get chinese from a mom and pop shop. this was horrible. will never come back again.

Had this delivered today and it was awful. Everything tasted sour. Not worth the $20.

I just ordered food for delivery and it came in a timely manner was a really friendly and courteous delivery driver and this food is so delicious. My favorite is the sesame balls. I’ve never had them before and these are out of this world. But everything is completely delicious and I would order from them again anytime

Not too impressed with their food, especially considering how expensive it is.

It really pains me to leave this review but after multiple times of things going wrong I just felt compelled to warn people. I’ve ordered from here at least 20 times in the past year or so and the food has always been consistently good so I can’t knock that. The only thing that changed is the crab rangoons used to be filled with a ton of crab and now it’s mostly cream cheese. My most recent order took 3.5 hours to get delivered and the most upsetting part is I had to reach out at 2.5 hours to get any kind of update or reason for the long delay. They introduced a $5 delivery fee and I was like no problem worth it and they have always been awesome. However for your delivery time and quality to go down after significant price increases is a slap in the face. How can you justify it when using 3rd party delivery, charging and still taking 2 hours beyond your estimate. That isn’t all either the amount of times something is missing from the order and the attached order receipt it highlighted or crossed off has been 3 out of the last 5 orders. Then proceed to call and get offered redelivery an hour later. I can’t eat my meal without rice and an hour later the meal is ruined. I will never be using the delivery option again. The food is still good enough to pick up but my advice is to rethink your delivery services either by notifying customers, hiring more cooks to expedite orders or giving accurate estimates.

My delivery was prompt, the driver communicated well and the food was great ( especially the wings wow ), so yep I'm happy.
