Shout out to Carol she was the sweetest and went above and beyond! A+ customer service!

The boy on Sunday February 4 in the morning, sleeping, does not pay attention to what he does, and the girl with the hearing aid, does not serve customers well, please pay more attention to the employees.

Manager does not seem to return calls, placed an order about 2 weeks ago through the app when I arrive employees did not show up and the store was closed, I have gone 2 other times and all an employee keeps telling me that the manager will call me for my refund however it has been over 2 weeks and nothing.

Had a rough start but the staff and gm carol took care if it and rockin it out the park! Great service and such nice team members! I feel Carol is going to turn this place around and be the best store in the district!

Secty & Rayna(2 women working behind the counter) were great!

Crew was rude and refuse to make my smoothie the way I wanted it which I always get the same way in different locations my other smoothie wasn’t the one I order and I ask for a sauce on the side and they gave me something else. I love tropical smoothie but this service makes me regret it.

Came to Tropical Smoothie at 7:45 on a Sunday night (11/19/23). Ordered 1/2 our family’s order in smoothies and then was told mid order that they don’t serve food starting at 7:50 pm because they have to clean up before closing time. That seems very odd to me. So now we let our smoothies melt before taking them home to the family while we find another restaurant to get food from. Is this store policy or lazy employees who want to get home more quickly?

How the hell did you guys forget to put my food that I paid $40 for in the bag? Don’t order from this place unless you want your food missing!

My boyfriend and I get smoothies here occasionally and as far as my experiences have gone they are always good! Our most recent visit we were greeted by Nybree who was very nice and welcoming (we felt as if he deserved a friendly shoutout)! our smoothies are always made in a timely manner and taste delicious! During our most recent visit I noticed they updated/accommodated their menu so almost every smoothie can be made gluten free which I genuinely appreciate!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options

I just went in about 50 minutes before closing and was told that they stopped serving food at 8 “ because the ovens need to cool down” …. I just wanted a salad? It’s not posted anywhere that food stops at 8 and yet I could go online and order food there for pick up?? Not a great experience
