30 minute drive-thru wait on a Saturday at 11:40. No banana or blueberries (very obtainable local ingredients). Gave order after waiting at speaker for 10 minutes. I did not get my order read back. Can’t drive away because there is only 1 exit if you have cars behind you. Unfortunately, this has not been the first time this has happened to me here. Poor management is ruining a great business.
If I could give zero stars I would. Who’s running this place. I came through the drive-through on Saturday around 6 PM. I waited there for about four minutes. Nobody greeted me. I thought the drive-through machine was broke but I said hello a couple of times and a young lady finally answered on the microphone And asked to put in my order so I put in my order . I get to the drive-through window. I sit there for five minutes. Nobody comes to the window ,not to greet me or to tell me to hang on for a moment we’re working on your order, nothing. Whoever is running this place, just so you know the customer service is horrible. And pathetic. I can’t believe that a business like this would behave in this manner. Train your employees to provide proper customer service. I shouldnt have to wonder if a business is open, during its business hours !!!! I drive away after waiting at the window for more than 5 minutes without anyone helping me. This is the Whitesburg location by the way.
Didn’t have any chicken in the chicken chipotle wrap or the Baja chicken wrap, paid 30$ for vegetables.
