Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The young man working tonight made the best smoothie I’ve had in a while! Hope he’s there next time!

I'm a regular, just not at this location. The wait was longer than 15, wraps were small, smoothies diluted (found out why after going in for refund).

I stopped in this morning, 1/26/2024 and there was my favorite girl Christa!!! She makes my day with her bubbly customer service !! My Island Green was yummy Way to go Christa !!!! OMG !!! Christa at the Jones Valley location ROCKS at customer service !!! She is so kind to me each day when I come through the drive thru. To me, a first impression is VERY important.. well Christa is in the right profession :-). Way to go Christa !!! 5 STARS for Christa !!

This place is an awful place to work at and an awful place overall. the new owners don't know what they're doing they keep this place constantly understaffed where the workers are drowning in online, grub hub, uber eats orders and on top of that the drive through and the lobby while expecting two people (9 time out of 10 underage people) to run the store completely by themselves i worked there for two months and had to work over 5 shifts completely by myself. i also did the job of a shift lead without the pay of a shift lead. they don’t train people properly they throw them into making smoothies and food without actually being taught how to make something. they have horrible old equipment that doesn't always cook the food correctly and sometimes burns or undercooks things. they don't care about their employees or customers all this new owner cares about is making sure every employee now shoves the card reader out the window to make sure someone leaves a tip at both registers. Nick is a cheapskate and wants to cut corners anywhere he can and make as much money as he can and cares about nothing but sales and making sure labor isn't high.

2/15/24: Just got food poisoning from here! I ordered a smoothie with whey protein added and it tasted off (like spoiled milk). Now I’m throwing my guts up with a fever and I’m very ill! I have never left a review, but I felt I needed to warn others! I will never be back!!!

The owner tried to make an employee finish their shift after they got sick mid shift. Don't eat here.

Very new to tropical smoothie cafe and the staff has been very helpful. Good smoothies and food. Good customer service.

Stopped in for what we hoped would be a fresh, healthy smoothie. After asking a few questions about ingredients (of which the 15 year old working didn’t know) we learned that almost all of the fruit is canned. Only a couple of items are actually fresh. And that they add a heap of sugar to almost all the smoothies! This is an atrocious abuse of public health. And Tropical Smoothie Café should be ashamed of itself for for what is essentially false advertising.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Why was I sitting at the drive through at 7:50.... they don't close until 8 pm. Thats minutes. If y'all are going to close at 7:50 then...

I came to this TS because the one on Whitesburg has gone downhill in my opinion. I came in for lunch on a Friday and these two were the only 2 working...
