Never again. Twice they got our order wrong. They do not listen. Got home and they had made the wrong order again. What a waste of time and money. First order they made two smoothies when we ordered only one. Then we ordered the Berry bowl and the gave us the green bowl. This is basic customer service.
Came in on 2/20/24 at 5:50 pm. After waiting at the drive thru with no answer for a few minutes, I decided to call to see if there was an issue with the drive thru. I got no answer. I then drive up to the drive thru window and seen workers. So I called again and a woman answered and I asked her if the drive thru system was down and she said no and was visibly upset and hung up on me. Worst service at this location. I don't know how people like this are hired if they don't want to do their job. Unbelievable. W
So I came here and order some food. Well I got food poisoning. I woke up 3 in the morning pucking and having the runs. It was so bad I couldn’t hold any food down for hours. I let the store know they gave me food poisoning. They said we checked everything and nothing was bad. Yeah and I just woke up and puked from nothing either. I spoke with a someone who said they would refund me my money. Well not only is there food bad but their word also is no bueno. I never saw a refund. They promised and did not deliver. Be careful eating here.

This location is on my route to work. Everytime I stop here in the morning around 7:15am-7:30am no one is monitoring the drive through. Last time I visited it took almost 20 minutes between waiting to be greeted and then waiting for my smoothie to be made, despite me being the only person there when I arrived. The employee seemed like she was still asleep. Today I visited and I sat in the drive through for about 4 minutes before pulling off because I wasn’t greeted. Perhaps you should put two people on the opening shift if employees cannot open the store and still greet customers.
Smoothies are obviously good but the lights are never on at night it always looks closed when it’s open. Also be prepared to get ghosted in the drive thru, during working hours.
Bad customer service. Rude staff second time they make it look that place was close when they still had about an hour left. Tried to tip themselves without me knowing.
This location is the worst. Rude staff and extremely slow service. Maybe it’s because they are understaffed but the location hardly ever has any customers so not sure what is going on but they need to do something. They comment on all the bad reviews asking to submit a comment on the website but the contact page is broken.
I went to drive thru ordering from the app in advance , the service was great, and the employees greeted with smile and food was ready with in 10min of mobile order .
