We've been here 20-30 times and they've never messed up my order, they've always been pretty quick and the prices are reasonable. It's as solid as a fast food place can be.
I tried your new Smoothie bowl,and they are not at all worth $11 plus dollars.They are worth more like $5.I can go to Smoothie King and get a way bigger portion for $10.49 seriously.That’s a complete rip off,if you want to charge $11 plus make bigger portions.
Ordered hummus wrap and there was NO hummus on it!! How do you leave off main ingredient? This is second time order was wrong. I called and talked to the manager who made excuses that they were busy, training a new person, and having a shift change so they don’t always get the orders 100% right in those circumstances. Again, they missed the hummus in a hummus wrap - that’s not even close. That’s a customer service FAIL. Not the customer’s fault and sounds like a serious training issue. I’m giving up on this place!
I spoke to the manager here and she was really great. I didn’t get her name but I had an issue with a smoothie at another location and she was very helpful letting me know how to replace an item that was not good.
I was surprised to see that I haven't made a review for this place yet. The management and the owner both are absolutely wonderful people, and for that reason alone I'll continue to come here. They both offered to help me when I had an issue at a different store that was in no way affiliated with theirs. In the rare case that there's an issue it's always been corrected immediately, otherwise everything is always perfect every time I show up. It's the kind of customer service that only comes from having self-respect while caring about others too.
