Their ordering process is different than most boba tea shops. Pros: a very customizable modus operandi. You'll probably feel empowered getting your special drink of the day. :) It's made to order by friendly staff. Real human interactions. Quick service. Mostly organized and clean environment. Cons: If you have trouble reading those colorful various-fonted words, or are simply being fickle, God bless you and the staff who takes your order. You first pick cup size (24oz or 36oz), choose hot or cold, then tea type, milk, sweetness and topping. You can add up to three fruity flavors. There are certain toppings they don't carry such as puddings. I ordered a triple shot not knowing what it is, neither did the cashier, "A type of tea" is the answer I got. Can't taste any add-on flavors but the mango popping boba bursted happily in my mouth. Though it tasted a bit artificial, it was delightful enough. Seating is limited, only three tables inside. They should've added more both indoors and outdoors. Biz has been picked up comparing to plandemic era when sit-in wasn't allowed and it was depressing. Now fast forward four years later their overall social vibe is still lacking. Parking: Weird set-up of store entrance. It feels like entering the backside from parking lot. Crowded space during weekends.
